I don't know where in the hell in Rome I was when I took this picture. I love the colors of the buildings there, it's like being in a postcard.

Taken on Palatine Hill "Palatino" in Rome, Italy

Taken on the streets of Rome

"Marcus Agrippa, son of Lucius, having been consul three times, built this."
Believe it or not T and I really stumbled upon the Pantheon. Of course, it was on our list of "things to see" but we had other things on our minds that day. We were actually looking for Piazza Farnese where we were to meet up with a group for a Wine Walk Tour that afternoon.
Went down a side street, and stumbled into piazza della Rotonda and there it was, this massive, overwhelming monument! T looked at me and said "I don't know what that is, but I know it MUST be something important!" I said it's the Pantheon baby!!!!
I applied treatment to the picture above. Below is the shot I took untouched.

Stumbled in a Courtyard one day while walking in Rome. I like the dimensions of this photo.

I hope to get the time to do a post on my vacation in Rome, Italy soon! I was looking through some of the pics and found one of my favorite shots. I remember when I went to take this picture, my daughter T was like "Mom.... he is gonna wake up!!!!" I said "Gurl that man isn't about to wake up, at least no time soon". I played with the colors a bit in Picasa2. It's a bit dramatic, but I like it!
