It finally came to me!!!!!! I blurted it out while watching The Apprentice tonight. I've been watching the latest installment of the show for a few weeks now - and everytime I saw Roxanne, when she smiled I tried to no avail to determine who she looked like. I told C, a few weeks back that she reminded me of some dude but I couldn't put my finger on it.

It's Alton Williams from Real World Las Vegas!

Wow, Alton. I remember that dude was bonin' somebody in every episode of the Real World: Las Vegas.
