Black Mama, White Mama is a 1972 blaxploitation film, starring Pam Grier and Margaret Markov, and directed by Eddie Romero.
I stumbled across this the other night while channel surfin. A young, slim Pam Grier was an interesting sight!
Synopsis:
Two prostitutes, one white, one black, escape from a woman's prison in the Phillipines filled with lesbian guards. Disguised as nuns and with their wrists chained together, they head off into the jungle. Pursued by the local police and a small-time kingpin enlisted to aid in the trackdown.
Enjoyable 
I've never seen this flick, and whenever it's on one of the premium channels, I pass it bye. Just that plot alone sounds kinda out there.
