- Work is becoming a tad bit busy! It's a comfortable pace at this point but those assclowns better not assign me too many more projects! I try not to complain too much since I do have to luxury of working from home, but damn - sloooow it the fu*ck down already.
- What's the deal with MySpace??? seems like everyone is gravitating towards it. I know my daughter has an account, I thought it was mainly a teen thing, but a lot of adults are getting into it. It reminds me alot of BlackVoices back in the day for some reason. Anyway, I have an account - I've actually had it for along time but, rarely use it. Any MySpacers out there hit me up with your screen name.
Hey this is me! IMVU is a cute little 3D instant messenger! It allows you to chat with avatars in 3D scenes. My screen name in IMVU is Guest_Hopluv. Yea, the "Guest" is lame but you have to pay to have a custom name and I ain't about to do that! Most folks are guests in there, so I'm not alone. Check it out.
Well T and I have decided that our trip in May will be to Rome, Italy! we are both extremely excited. We will be staying in this ultra modern hotel named Franklin Feel The Sound in Vatican City.
- With all the travel planned this year, NYC in March, Rome in May and a cruise in July I really want to find a great camera and/or camcorder. Camera-wise I'm looking at the Casio Exilim EX-S500, Minolta Konica DiMage X1, Sony Cybershot W-5 and the Kodak EASYSHARE V570 Dual Lens. I need it to be at least 5.0 MPs. Any suggestions?
Oprah has entered a new title to her book club. "Elie Wiesel's memoir Night, a scholarly, pious teenager is wracked with guilt at having survived the horror of the Holocaust and the genocidal campaign that consumed his family. His memories of the nightmare world of the death camps present him with an intolerable question: how can the God he once so fervently believed in have allowed these monstrous events to occur? There are no easy answers in this harrowing book, which probes life's essential riddles with the lucid anguish only great literature achieves. It marks the crucial first step in Wiesel's lifelong project to bear witness for those who died."
There's that word "memoir" again, with all the recent bullcorn surrounding A Million Little Pieces I wonder how much of this book is factual - hopefully all of it. Oprah is doing something different with this book, she is having a national high school essay contest! The essay topic is "WHY IS ELIE WIESEL'S BOOK NIGHT RELEVANT TODAY?" T will be reading the book and writing an essay. I told her, my dream of meeting Oprah depends on YOU! Only a little pressure

- There are a lot of good films running at the Magnolia Theatre. I want to check out Capote, TransAmerica and I really want to see Tsotsi.

From the official website:Tsotsi n. thug, gangster, hoodlum
Set amidst the sprawling Johannesburg township of Soweto - where survival is the primary objective - TSOTSI traces six days in the life of a ruthless young gang leader who ends up caring for a baby accidentally kidnapped during a car-jacking.
