I purchased 10 wristbands from LAG.org in support of my mother who is currently in a battle with Cancer.
She is on her tenth day in the hospital and will be starting radiation therapy in the next few days.
Please buy your wristbands from the Lance Armstrong Foundation or another organization that donates all proceeds to Cancer research and programs for Cancer survivorship. Don't buy from resellers or the fake wristbands. Millions of people have Cancer! Put your money toward helping them.
This is for a great cause indeed. After watching an episode of Dateline, I now know how to distinguish the fake bracelets from the real ones. Great post!
Nice post luv. My wife bought home several of these both yellow ones and red ones all with that signature engravement in them. My wife's mom passed away from Breast Cancer so we participate in anything having to do with this affliction. Prayers to your mom that she will cope with her radiation therapy and come out of this well. To her and for all individuals stricken with cancer world wide.
My mother handed out some to various family members a couple of weekends ago. Her sister, my aunt, has bone cancer.
i've purchased several of the lance armstrong wristbands as well, actually most of my workgroup has them also.
