Randoms

Haven't had a lot to "blog" amount lately. I'm sort of in a lull at the moment - nothing really exciting going on these days, ya know same ole, same ole.

Here's my randoms:

1) I have a headache today! I called (emailed) in sick, not really sick though I had two reason for not going in today 1- I had a job interview, 2- I just didn't feel like going to work today. Perhaps the headache is punishment for lying to my new manager about having the "stomach flu".

2) I don't like my new job! I was so happy to get it, so syked to begin working for this company after three weeks it's confirmed - NOT FEELING IT! Reasons; well during the interview process he failed to tell me I would be working in mainframe! I don't "do" mainframe. The boss is also a sexiest pig that smells like smoke. My search continues!

3) I'm in the market for a new laptop. I sold mine on ebay yesterday. Any suggestions? I really want a small and light machine. I want one with a 10" screen, weighing no more than 3lbs.

4) Real Estate blog coming soon! I'm going to link it to my real estate website. Anybody want to buy a house?

5) I'm selling a bunch of books on Amazon. I listed a few here. I'm searching for a local charity that I can donate a portion of the proceeds to. If you want to help browse the list to the left and make sure you purchase from Hopluv Book Sales.

6) I need something to control the amount of break dust my car releases, I'm tired of rolling around with dirty rims.

7) We had a good Valentine's Day. Had dinner at a nice place - Remmington's Seafood. It was great, no *look at the blacks, or look at the lesbians* stares. Wrapped it up having cocktails with a couple of friends.

8) I recently reconnected with a good friend that worked with me circa 1996 at Perot Systems! Found him on whowhere.

9) I'm working on my 2005 goals. I will post an update later.

10) We got free viewing passes to see Diary Of A Mad Black Woman and Cursed next week. Hopefully they will be good.

11) My birthday is coming up soon, Mar 2nd. No pressure, just go to my wishlist. Or drop some funds in the Zen.Tip Jar. Thanks a bunch!
